5. Fees & Payment

Fees for training, staffing, and HR/payroll services are always clearly stated in agreements or invoices.
All fees are payable in EUR (€) and include or exclude VAT as required by EU VAT Directive.
Payments must be made in full and on time. Fachova reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in case of late or incomplete payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, training content, documentation, and digital resources provided by Fachova are protected under EU intellectual property law.
You may use these materials for personal and educational purposes only.
Copying, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Fachova Institut operates as a trusted intermediary between employers and candidates.
Employment contracts are concluded between the candidate and employer, or where applicable, between Fachova and the employee.
All staffing and employment processes comply with EU labor standards. Fachova is not responsible for disputes outside its contractual obligations.

10. Liability

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and high-quality services, Fachova cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service concerned, except where mandatory EU law requires otherwise.

11. Termination & Cancellation

Training Services – Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are handled in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and program-specific policies.
Staffing & HR Services – Termination follows the agreed notice period stated in the contract.
Fachova reserves the right to terminate services in case of misuse, breach of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by European Union law and the national law of Fachova's country of registration (Germany).
Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, unless mandatory EU law provides otherwise.
